 The word routine is so daunting for most of us, but sometimes routines can be good too. You must be wondering what I mean, well as mundane and boring routines get; we need them to live a happy and healthy life. No I am not saying you must have a fixed schedule for the entire day, that’s BORING. But, when we can have 3 meals at designated hours to keep ourselves healthy and we can have one hour designated to working out to be fit why not have a proper 10 minute skin care routine to keep our skin healthy and younger looking.
